Do you offer custom card printing? Indeed! click for more info. We also offer semi-customization of any existing artwork you see on the website, so if you like a print but would prefer it in another color, on a different paper, matted and/or framed, etc., we can probably accommodate your request. Feel free to email with inquiries.

What size frames do you offer? It varies, but we often have 3×5, 4×4, 5×5, and 8×8 in stock. They are usually black plastic or metal frames with glass or plexiglass fronts. They aren’t fancy, but they make for a nice way to gift a print.

Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes! But not through our regular online checkout. Email us for a shipping/VAT quote before placing your order, then we can manually update the invoice accordingly.

What type of inks do you use? We use water-based inks for printing both paper and fabric.

What is the difference between water-based inks and plastisol inks? In terms of chemical makeup, plastisol inks are plastic-based, water-based inks are not. You probably have plastisol ink on your shirt right now (or on one folded up in a drawer somewhere). It has been around since the mid-20th century and definitely has its place, because it can last a VERY long time… as in, decades. Unfortunately, it can also last a long time everywhere else it winds up – water systems, landfills, and so forth. Water-based inks are thinner than plastisol and tend to soak into the fabric rather than sit on top. This means they are usually softer to the touch and more comfortable to wear. Our inks are water-soluble, so the harshest chemical required for cleanup during production is… *waves magic wand*… liquid soap.

Do you have an Etsy store? Indeed we do! All of the one-off, oddball, interesting creations not intended to be reproduced in multiples are made available through our Etsy shop. These are items that you might find if you visit the studio in person, so if you can’t make a trip to Shelburne Falls anytime soon this is a good alternative.

Can I buy your prints out in the world or just online? Both! We have prints for sale here at the studio in Shelburne Falls and in four other locations: First Proof Press (Brattleboro, VT); Natural Roots (Conway, MA); Hope & Feathers Framing (Amherst, MA); and Nancy L. Dole Books & Ephemera (Buckland/Shelburne Falls, MA). Items available outside the studio are limited, so check this site or our Instagram page for the latest available inventory.

Do you have a mailing list? No. It is safe to assume we are all inundated with too many emails, plus it would probably wind up in your spam or promotions folder. Instagram posts & stories are the primary means by which we relay info – new products, sale items, upcoming shows & events – along with regular updates to the website.

When was your company founded? January 2022

How long have you been screenprinting? On and off since 2002, more on than off.

Hey, who is this “we” you keep referring to? It is a royal one. We is me.
